How long have you been in business?
We have devoted more than 20 years for skincare manufacturing for professional beauty salons. There are 4 branded companies under our corporation for beauty salon skincare selling in China market with annualized revenue 300M USD. And one company handling OEM business with annualized revenue 20M USD.

What is the normal lead time of the order?

The production lead time will be different based on different production type. For private label based on our in house blank package skincare, it normally take 5 to 10 days (in customized stickers and boxes producing). It will normally take 20 to 35 days if for OEM with all formulation and package materials customized produced, the reason is that need more time to do microbiological test.

What are your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We have blank package for many of our products, we can make customized package of private label for customers per 100 units. The economic MOQ is 1000 units in normal based on package type. The custom formulation batch sizes starting at 30 Kilograms (8 Gallons).

How do you define the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity will be determined by 2 terms: 1st is package materials MOQ (for examples need 3000pcs for painted bottles, the sachets MOQ needs 10000pcs at least, etc.); 2nd is the bulk materials production process (for example the emulsification tank is for 30KG bulk materials production at least). So our normal order quantity is different too, need to check for details.

What are your manufacturing capabilities?

Our facility can accommodate both high mix and high volume orders. Starting at the 100 units prototype runs, to the million units or higher volume runs. Our new manufacturing facility is with 100,000 square meters structure area in total.

Where are you products sold and distributed?
Our products are marketed and sold all over the world. Our own brand skincare products are sold to beauty salons in China market through our sales networks all over China. The OEM products are sold both in China and oversea market.

What size businesses do you generally work with?

We work with a vast assortment of business sizes, from small up-and-coming businesses, to large established corporations, doctor’s offices, salons and spas.

What are your manufacturing capabilities?

Our facility can accommodate both high mix and high volume orders. Starting at the 100 units prototype runs, to the million units or higher volume runs. Our new manufacturing facility is with 100,000 square meters structure area in total.

Who are your established customers?
Due to confidentiality agreements with existing clients, we cannot disclose the names of our customers. However, we can tell you that we have manufactured millions of products for hundreds of customers and can provide you will references should they be required.

How is your business organization chart of your company?

Under our corporation, we have 4 branded companies for our own brand beauty salons products selling in China market, and one company Ariel for OEM/ODM business, and factory YacoiSheng dedicated for production for internal customers of our own 5 companies.

2)Questions for Facility:

Can you give us quick introduction of your facility?

We setup our new GMPC compliance factory in year 2015, there is 20K㎡ 100K cleaning rooms, 10K㎡ intelligent warehouse, and 20K㎡ office area. We have 35 production lines for different skincare production with daily output is about 500K units for cream/lotions, and 1 million units for facial sheet masks.

DO you follow GMP practices?
Yes, all of our processes are GMP Compliant. Our factory is GMPC and ISO22716 certified factory.

Are you an FDA registered facility?

Yes, we are an FDA Registered facility. We are also GMP Compliant and ISO 22716 Certified Personal and Skincare Contract Manufacturer.

How do you make sure good quality especially for key process of emulsification?

For the key process of emulsification, we introduce China’s leading intelligent emulsifying units, all emulsifying units are imported from Germany of IKA brand, to achieve automated production, fine production, standardized production – to achieve full automation, full monitoring, full standards – perfect quality assurance.

Can your facility support flexible production?

Yes, we can support flexible production by our individual production cells for different processes or products. We have thousands of beauty salon customers whose orders are mainly high mix orders, at same time we have big retailer customers whose orders are full containers basis. So we can handle both high mix and high volume orders.

How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Our factory has been certified by GMPC and ISO22716. We can guarantee the product quality by good machine capability and process control, complete quality control system, skilled operators, and testing capability. All our effective cosmetics have been licensed by SFDA.

How does your facility meet social compliance?
Our factory follows tightly of the labor laws from government and provide enough social benefits to our employees and zero tolerance to illegal actions especially in over time policy, safety protection, Child labors, job discrimination, abuse, etc… Our factory has passed SEDEX Member Ethical Trade Audit.

Can I Visit your Facility?

We welcome customers visit our factory so that can get better understanding of how we work and what capability we have for the customers. Just simply contact us for the visit arrangement, we are willing to host you and arrange local transportation & hotel booking for customers.

Do your formulations meet quality standards?

Yes, we tightly follow international standard and China FDA for the materials using and formulations development. All our formulations meet EU and FDA regulations, by this we have upgraded our supply chain so that the materials used can meet the regulations too, more than 90% of our raw materials are imported from Europe, USA, Australia, and Japan with associated certificates.

What is your philosophy for formulations development?

Our philosophy for formulations development is to make “simplify” and “cleaning” formulations for customers, that is one formulation is for dedicated skincare problem, and the formulation can meet the “cleaning” formulations requirements trend especially in Europe.

What advantages do you have for formulations development?

We have been in professional beauty salon skincare manufacturing for more than 20 years, and we have more than 10000 mature formulations that have been verified effectiveness and passed preservative challenge test. We can make quick formulations development for customers in 1 to 3 days.

Do you carry the most up-to-date ingredients?

Yes, we stay up-to-date on the latest skin, body, and hair care ingredients. Do you use parabens in your formulas?

No, we do not use parabens in our products. All of our products are paraben-free. All our formulations are compliance with EU and FDA regulations.

Do you manufacture custom formulations?

Yes, we do manufacture custom formulations. Our fully equipped in-house laboratory and research and development department provides the perfect resource for clients to custom formulate products according to your market needs and specifications. We can make your product vision a reality.

Do you make special charge custom formulations?

No, we will not make additional charge for the custom formulations. But it may take longer time for production of custom formulations, as more testings are needed to verify the stability of the custom formulations. Normally stability test and preservative challenge test is needed comparing with our stock formulations.

What validation process for custom formulations?

We have systematic process to validate the new custom formulations, our laboratory will perform tests on the appearance, microbiological, and functionality to verify the effectiveness of the new formulation. Besides stability test and preservative test will be done to make sure the stable of the new formulations.

What is the time frame for the development of a custom formula?

Our turnaround time on a custom formulation is usually 1 to 2 weeks, however this can vary depending on the finalization of the formula and availability of the raw materials. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but will never compromise quality or safety to do so.

Can you replicate another established product?

Yes, we can use another product to help formulate the product you wish to manufacture. It will take 10 to 15 working days for our engineer to make the formulations and samples.

What products do you produce?

We produce whole series of skincare products, including face care, body care, hair care, and effective cosmetics. Besides skincare we also produce lip balm, foundation, BB cream, and essential oils. Please check details of our products in our products category on the web.

Can you provide free samples for evaluation?

We offer free samples with blank package or our current package, customer only needs to pay samples delivery fee. To request samples, or to discuss our available products, please feel free to contact us, and an account representative will be happy to assist you.

How do you charge customized samples with customer brand?

The samples fee is normally 20USD if make digital customized sticker and box, and samples lead time is about 3 to 5 days. The samples cost will be checked based on real cost if customer wants to make customized by mass production process or print on bottle/jar directly.

Do you sell directly for the package on our web?

The package materials on our web is part of our value added service, we want to source high quality package materials for customers by our strong supply chain capability, the customers can choose their preferred package materials so that business will be easier for customers to start. We normally do not sell the package materials directly, but can support to customers if customer have such requirements.

What is the normal minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the package materials?

The MOQ is different based on different package materials with different process, some quick highlight as below:

Bottle/Jar: normal MOQ is 5000pcs or 10000pcs, some can be 3000pcs
Box: the MOQ can be as low as 100pcs

Sachet for face mask: normal MOQ is 50000pcs, can be as low as 10000pcs
Sachet for eye/lip mask: normal MOQ is 100Kpcs.

What types of stock packaging do you offer?

We have stock packaging options that range from simple to extravagant, BPA-free plastics to glass or aluminum. Your account executive will guide you through the process of selecting from this extensive variety of packaging options.

Can I supply my own packaging?

Yes, you are welcomed to supply your own packaging if you have your own package materials available or you can order from your own package materials suppliers. But we have to make incoming testing to the package materials, we will reject the package materials and report to customer if non-conformance found.

Yes, upgrading your packaging can incur additional costs from those quoted. The prices vary depending upon the packaging components chosen. The normal quotation from us normally not include special process and additional cost is needed if adding special process as gold stamping, UV, etc…

What can your company do for your clients?
We can make materials research, design formulation per client rough ideal or requirements, make production, cosmetics testing, shipment coordination for our clients.

Do ou source package materials for customers?
We found it is most challenge for customers to find suitable package materials during their new products launch stage, however the packing is very important for cosmetics products. A nice and good looking packing can promote the image of the products greatly. Our sourcing team has put a lot of resource to find best package materials for customers, so that customers can get package information and find the suitable packing easily. We put the the package materials information by different finish goods category on our web, customer can select their preferred package materials directly.

What information will you provide during production?
We know our customers are very care the quality of their products and how their products are produced. But most of the customers are far away from our factory, and they can not check the production on site or have inspection to the goods produced. We try to collect more information of the production of photos, videos, and testing reports, so that customers can understand the process of their products production, and what tests will be done on the products, to let our customer understand the production status and the products quality is under good management. Quality and service is key to our success in business with customers.

Do you provide free FDA & CPNP registration?
As part of formulation upgrading, we will register FDA and CPNP for our ingredients of formulations in USA and Europe. This can make our formulations meet the standards to make us and customers at same page, and to prevent many registration and custom clearance issues from customers side. We have dedicated for the registration, we can make registration customers’ formulations too if customers make OEM or ODM in our company.

Do you provide free design and photograph?

Many of our customers are small companies and they may not have so many resource to make design and photograph by themselves, they need to put the limited resource on their core business. We have experienced team of designers and professional photographer to make products package design and take photos for customers. The service can be free if the order value reach two thousand dollar. We hope we can help customers to get their new products into market quickly and get benefits from market as early as can.

What is your logistics service?

We have many strategic cooperated forwarders that can make delivery to most of the countries with competitive service and price. To many countries we can provide DDP delivery too. We will make shipment suggestion to our customers based on different locations and custom status in destination countries. Per our experience we can save about 30% of shipping cost comparing with shipments arranged by customers themselves.

Do you provide dropping shipment?
